We started the double-wall case industry.
We were founded in 1965 by Peter Schurman, the inventor of the double-wall carrying cases, and we have been the driving force in the industry ever since. PFC cases offer a unique combination of extreme durability, product protection, styling freedom, and moderate cost.

We have made the investment in standard molds.
We base our business on our proprietary line of standard cases, a line of cases with consistent styling and features, not just an assortment of sizes. That means we have Stock Cases in our warehouses that can usually be shipped within 48 hours. That means we can provide Stock Cases with foam inserts in a few weeks. And, that means we can offer Semi-Custom Cases by combining our proprietary modular molds with tooling designed specifically for your application, giving you the benefits of a custom package faster and for less.

We strive to make the engineering and tooling process quick and simple, and we do the work in-house.
That means your new product is easier to bring to market, and existing products can be converted to a PFC Case without headaches. We design and make our own tooling in our own CAD/CNC equipped Engineering Department. We even mold our cases on machines we design and build ourselves. By keeping your project in-house, we keep tight control from start to finish, giving you shorter lead times and better cases.


Employee Ownership

In 1989, we created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP, that transferred a significant portion of our Company's ownership to our employees. It was a good decision for them, and it was a great decision for our customers.
    An ESOP is not just another employee benefit. It represents real ownership that gives each PFC employee a stake in how well we perform for our customers every day, and especially in the long-run. When you call PFC, you're likely talking to "one of the owners," no matter who you speak with. Both through our ESOP and as individuals, PFC is owned by the people who come to work there every day. We think employee ownership gives us a real competitive advantage. Research clearly shows that employees at ESOP companies are more dedicated and work harder, that they feel better about themselves, their coworkers and their jobs, and, that they do a better job serving their customers.
